Sold-out.se is a company that deals with event tickets indirectly. Meaning we are not a consultant for the event and is therefor not responsible for the presentation, quality or performance.
Your tickets will usually be delivered within 3 days. Though we reserve us the right to delvier the tickets on the date of the concert if we have to.
It’s the costumers task to control that the event in question was not cancelled or moved for various reasons. With a cancelled or moved event Sold-out.se is not responsible for repayment or cash ins of tickets, you contact the arena/host in question directly. With cash ins the price on your ticket is the amount repayed, exclusive of various service or distribution fees.
Bought ticket does not get returned to Sold-out.se. Return laws does not apply to tickets and purchasing of such.
Tickets on mailorder has a timephrame of seven days at your postal service, after that the tickets will be returned to us. If the package is not clamied after sending for it by mailorder, a 159 SEK fine will be issues in mailorder and expeditionfees.
With billing orders a date is set on the bill (seven days after the bill reaches you). If payed late a reminescense fee with an amount allowed by law, and interests at 2% a month. A simplified creditcheck without copies occurs with billings and delivery is only made to a listed adress. If you choose to buy your tickets with an invoice your purchase is cogent. If you regret your purchase before you’ve paid us the money, you will receive a 68% fee of the amount. If you’ve paid your invoice and still regret your purchase, the same applies as earlier written. We deliver our tickets to national registered addresses only. Sold-out.se will take legal measures against dishonest orders or other abuses.
All information will be treated in accordance to law. You have the right to once a year after a written and signed application to us, get notified on what personal information we use and how we use these. You are also reserved the right to demand ressurection in question to personalinformation about yourself.
