Q: Why should I register to order tickets?
A: This is so our costumer service is able to contact the costumer regarding questions about the order and so the order can be sent. Your information will not be released to any other company.
Q: How can you have tickets when the host is claiming that the concert is sold out?
A: We buy, trade and sell tickets on an indirect market. This means the ticket is already sold once by the hosting company. In Sweden there is no return on already bought event tickets.
Q: Why doesn’t is say which seat I can book?
A: We divide the tickets in different categories. The different attributes that are taken under consideration is among others distance to stage, sound quality, and the structure of the actual stage. However in some cases the exakt position can be determined.
Q: We’re four people, are we automatically seated next to eachither?
A: Yes, if it doesn’t say single/separate seat, then they are together. In lack of room larger groups can be divided by three or four people in a row depending on the amount of tickets is in question.
Q: What does single/separate seat mean?
A: That means the seats are not together but spread out.
Q: Why is the price higher/lower on my ticket then I payed?
A: On the ticket a price is printed, so called Face Value. That’s the hosts starting price that was regular at the first sale. Sold-out.se buys, trades and sells tickets on an indirect market. We perform our service on a market where our price is regulated by access, demand, seat quality and is depended on the time and cost the buy process has taken. If we have bought the ticket cheaper we are able to sell them at a lower cost then the host, and vice versa.
Q: Why is there another name on my ticket?
A: Since we buy and trade with tickets, the name on the ticket is the person or the company that first bought the ticket. There is no return on bought event tickets, so tickets sold to us is tickets not used by the original buyer. So the name on the ticket is of no importance to you.
Q: Can I let my ATG service print out my order?
A: No, ATG prints the tickets on the spot. The tickets you order via Sold-out.se is already printed.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: The buy occurs instantly, which means as soon as the order is payed for we can guarantee you your order for the event. The orders are sorted in order and after matching seats ans munbers. When the demand is high the delivery can take slightly longer. The order arrives no later then the week of the event.
Q: I bought tickets from Slutsålt.se but there was complications and I cannot attend the event, can I regret my buy?
A: A bought ticket cannot be returned. Returning rights is not applied to tickets for event of any form. In the event when we might need the ticket we can of course talk about some form of swap or buy.
